This is a take on a tradtional folksong, probably from Åland in the Baltic Sea. The guitar used is a Gibson Howard Roberts Fusion.
The tune is often sung with the meaning that it´s possible to do anything, except leaving your beloved friend. But looking at Wikipedia, perhaps the texts meaning from start was that it was possible also to leave your friend. Probably because it was a sailor song - and sailors often must leave their friends. See in the upper right corner at this Wiki-page, where Svea Jansson from Åland sings the text in a recording from 1959: sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vem_kan_segla_f%C3%B6rutan_vind%3F#Text
